“This is as good as service can be. I got a call from a tenant on Saturday at 5:10 PM that there was water coming into his bathroom which backs up to my bathroom. I drive out to my office arriving after 5:30. I put my head to the wall and I can hear water hissing inside the wall. Of course I freak out and I also realize the Georgia game comes on at 7:30 I put in a call to Roto-Rooter and I am told a technician will call me back. Well I get a call from the technician and he lives in Pooler but he says he will be there as soon as possible. The technician shows up pretty quickly and opens the wall to find the leaking pipe. This pipe is stuck between two support beams in the wall with hardly room to even put your fingers in. He isn’t bothered and pulls out a saw that fits in the small space and cuts the pipe, pits in new fittings and it is fixed. I didn’t even miss kick off for the game he was done so quickly. Fast service and a reasonable price for the service. I can’t say enough for the great job he did on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks Roto-Rooter!”

“I was having issues with my plumbing. I called Roto-Rooter and a young lady, Shantina, answered the phone. Shantina was polite and very professional. Her customer service was excellent! I explained my issues to her and she immediately paged a member of her staff to come out to my home. Very shortly after speaking to Shantina, the serviceman, Tray, was at my door. Tray fixed my plumbing and explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!
